Today my little sister and I baked some delicious cookies of a great recipe, Hot Cocoa Cookies. They tasted SO good that I decided to share our secret recipe with you!
Ingrediants:
-1 1/4 cups softened butter
-1 cup granulated sugar
-2/3 cup packed brown sugar
-2 eggs
-1 tsp. vanilla extract
-3 1/4 cups flour (any kind works)
-4 packages instant hot cocoa mix (do not use any sugar-free mix)
-1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
-1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips/chunks
-1 cup mini marshmallows

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat butter and both sugars together with a hand mixer until somewhat mixed and fluffy.

2. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well. Yum!
3. Gradually beat in the flour into the butter & sugar mixture until blended. Next, the hot cocoa packets, and baking soda!
4. Stir in the chocolate chips and marshmallows.

Oh look- an action shot!

Basically, your dough should look something like this:

Seriously delicious. Maybe you should just eat the dough!

Finally, bake for 9-11 minutes. They were fantastic with a glass of milk!
