Cooking & Baking Tips

Hey bakers!

Today I'm going to give you guys some awesome cooking and baking tips!

First off, when you cook bacon to put on a sandwich, don't cook it in strips, because then there isn't bacon in every bite!
WRONG:
RIGHT:

Another tip:
Add one teaspoon of baking soda any time you boil eggs.
The shell will come off effortlessly.

This may not be cooking or baking, but this tip is so good I just had to add it!

When you eat popsicles, use a cupcake wrapper so it doesn`t drip!

Alright then! Hope you enjoyed this mini-post!

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat butter and both sugars together with a hand mixer until somewhat mixed and fluffy.

4. Stir in the chocolate chips and marshmallows.

Oh look- an action shot!

Basically, your dough should look something like this:

Seriously delicious. Maybe you should just eat the dough!

Glow-in-the-dark Cupcake Recipe :)

Hey bakers!

Since this is the very first post, we're going to do something really cool today!
GLOW-IN-THE-DARK CUPCAKES!!

Recipe is:
1. Once the cupcakes are cool, ice the cupcakes using plain white frosting, or dye the frosting using icing dye or food coloring.
2. Make a mixture of Jell-O and tonic water (diet tonic water works too). You can use any type of Jell-O that is wanted. If you dyed the icing, the Jell-O must be the same color as the icing.
3. Hold the bottom of the cupcake and dip into the mixture of Jell-O and tonic water.

If you make these awesome glow-in-the-dark cupcakes, I guarantee you will be the coolest mom, babysitter, nanny, aunt, role model, sister, or human being EVER.
